4. In order to ensure that the productions on the flooring are of proper quality, the production of screed and leveling concrete, including the leveling of the other productions in the project, The design was made by blacking out the situations.
5. In order to make the window sills suitable for new productions, the outer sills have been drawn and detailed.
In the 6th concept project, the balcony area, which was not needed, was closed and the exterior design was made with appropriate materials.
7. The steel construction manufacturing of the stairs required to go up to the newly rented (1st floor) space has been designed. Project design proposals were prepared and the most suitable design was determined with the relevant units 1/500 -1/200-1/50 implementation projects, 1/20-1/10 details Projects, specifications, site list and estimate price were calculated and the tender was made by obtaining relevant consents.
