Trabzon Akçaabat Yıldızlı 1st Stage 96 Houses Lower Income and Mosque work. It covers all civil, mechanical, sanitary and electrical installation works related to 6 Blocks/13 Floors/96 Houses/ 1 Mosque to be built on the Trabzon/ Yıldızlı region site. The tender was made by TOKİ and KOBALT CONSTRUCTION Company received the tender.
I started in 2005 as a control Architect. It was built with a system of completely reinforced concrete carrier column and partition walls and curtain wall made with the tunnel formwork system. The problems that arose during the production of brick walls and other productions were resolved, and all of the workmanship was controlled by me.
The work done: Sewerage, rain water, landscaping works, ceiling coating works, door window works, general construction works, filling, roof and insulation works, flooring coating, glass works, facade works, wall and coating works, general construction works, filling works, STAIR WORKS, FACADE WORKS CONSIST OF MANUFACTURING.
The job I worked as a Construction Site Control architect is 6 Blocks / 13 Floors / 96 Houses / 1 Mosque, Landscaping, Land Area: 9300 M2, Total Closed Area: 40326 M2. The detailed solutions of the problems in the implementation phase of these productions were made with the approval of TOKİ.
The approval of the administration was obtained for the additional productions that emerged in the butcher construction application area, which is not produced in the project and other tender documents, and the productions were made. In the construction of the related tender, the construction application of all the constructions specified in the projects and additional tender documents and the control of the application in accordance with the technique were ensured.
Progress payments of the productions are prepared and payment approvals are received. (Payment approvals are made separately for each month, and the production amount payment is made.) When deemed necessary, studies have been carried out to carry out the implementation in accordance with the technical specifications with detailed and additional projects. The works were completed in accordance with the construction technique and the temporary acceptance was made and delivered to TOKİ for sale with the relevant consultant firm.
It was built by Kobalt İnşaat, the firm I worked as an architect in 2005-period. It was built with a system in which the completely reinforced concrete carrier column and partition walls made with the tunnel formwork system are curtain walls. The construction work was completed by solving the problems that occurred during the phase of the lack of brick walls and other productions, and all the inchwork works were controlled by me.
The design and material changes made within the scope of the project were checked to ensure that the spatial differences were made in accordance with the project, and the deficiencies were corrected in this control phase.
